MY EXPERIENCE

Lawyer since 1993.  300 jury trials. The most commonly charged crime in Southern Oregon is DUII.  I have a special interest in this particular "crime".  I have never written a book about DUII Defense, but I am a speaker at State and National DUI Conferences. I have tried DUII cases to juries in most counties in Oregon. In the last five years the most serious crimes that I have tried to juries have been: Murder; Assault in the Second Degree; and Sexual Abuse in the First Degree; Rape in the First Degree.
