HAPPINESS IS THE GOAL
I make it simple and easy. You get my cell phone number. Direct access: No buffers, no filters. If you go to voice mail that means that I am either in court or on the telephone with another client. I return calls quickly.
No matter how simple the case may be, there are many possible outcomes and routes to take. Fixing the problem for the least amount of money is the objective. Once you see all of the options and have time to think them over, we can move toward the outcome that works best for you.
If you are not happy, I will be miserable. I get 80% of my new clients through referal from past and current clients. You will have direct access to your case file through my practice management application. I try my best to give straight forward advice and information so we can make critical decisions in a timely manner. I will do it within your budget.
Get educated over the phone before deciding anything. Have your questions ready to go. I will tell you everything you want to know. And, it does not cost you a dime. Then, think it over and discuss it with your loved ones and decide whether you want to: 1) hire an attorney, and 2) whether you want to hire me.
I have been a lawyer in Jackson County, Oregon since 1993. My jury trial experience is tremendous. Over 300 trial to jury verdict. I certainly have the most jury trial experience of any criminal defense lawyer in Jackson County. The most commonly charged crime in Southern Oregon is DUII. These cases often are defensible and go to trial with good results. I think that most of my clients come to me from referrals from other lawyers probably because they think that I am good. Also, I can give some great advise on how to handle your case and save a lot of money without having to hire a private attorney. Marijuana drug possession, manufacturing, delivery and money laundering charges are very common in Jackson County given that we grow marijuana everywhere. These type cases are resolved quickly and inexpensively with either a dismissal following a suppression motion or with a negotiated plea bargain.
